#It's OK Not Being OK


It's hard right now. You may feel that the whole world is on your shoulders. You feel that you are not ok... But it's ok. If you don't feel 100% then you cannot be the awesome person that you are. In any acupuncture treatment one key aim is to balance body. In any ailments, at the root is some type of imbalance. To put it simply, in depression, the spirit is down and low so we try to raise up the good qi. In anxiety, the spirit is too high and overwhelmed, so we try to ground spirit and calm it.
